New Google My Business Attributes Dispensaries Need to Use
Google has launched new ways to inform consumers what the place has to offer. Attributes are visible in business listings within Google Search and Maps.
Some of the most commonly used among restaurants are Dine-in, Take-Out, Delivery. Given the times we now live in with COVID, Google My Business made it easier to let consumers know if a business has curbside pick-up or dine-in. With more states and businesses reopening, there is now more precedent to proceed with caution and keep consumers informed. That is what the new attributes are focused on.

Google noted that over 3 million restaurants have changed their dining attributes over the last 2 months.
“Since March, more than 3 million restaurants have added or edited their dining attributes. Some restaurateurs are even ditching dining areas for good. To support all types of food merchants, virtual kitchens can now verify their businesses on Google My Business.”
